Yes, we take reservations for all of our branches between 6-6:30pm. Later than that, patrons will have to walk in and tables will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Good pot of pork bone broth creates layers of flavours; the taste itself and most importantly the smell. We build this layers by following Mr Wong’s late father’s traditional method. The soup is prepared by our in-house ingredients, we then cook it at a low temperature for hours on end (Low & Slow), and finish with our freshest ingredients before serving.
