Though named as restaurant, the location of Foon Xiang is more like a neighbourhood food court, with no obvious shop sign. You can call the place as Ring Road Restaurant (玲律茶餐室) or Xin Tian Di Restaurant (新天地茶餐室). There are few stalls running steamed fish business in the kopitiam, together with other quick meal choices such as chicken rice, fish head noodles, Hong Kong truck noodles, etc.
