Wa.Kitchen proudly presents: Tonkatsu, a Japanese specialty prepared from premium ‘ton’ (pork fillet) in a traditional marinade of salt, pepper, flour, egg and coated with a layer of imported panko (breadcrumbs) before deep fried to a perfect golden finish.

Our tonkatsu is well known for its tender and juicy pork fillet concealed in a layer of crunchy panko. Savoured with our home-made sauce, one serving can always satiate the appetite but can never quench the craving. 

We specifically highlight on the ingredients used to prepare the best tonkatsu that can be found out of Japan. Using the freshest and only hand picked ingredients that are carefully infused by our Master Chef is the secret to the mouth watering dishes at Tonkatsu.
