Wong Hoi Shan, is locally famous for it’s black pepper pork mix soup and porridge. They have conquer Cheras since 1990 and not only the Cheras people, people from other area came from afar just to eat their food.

Their signature is as mentioned before, their black pepper pork mix soup, the fillings inside can be modify as you want because they know that some customers doesn’t eat internal part, so what part you want just tell the boss when you are ordering. They generously put a lot of ingredient, especially the soup, is more appetizing and warmed your stomach as you drink, and is refillable. No wonder customers came here a lot.

Their clams soup, is made from Xiu Heng wine, using ginger slice and spring onion to bring away the smell. The taste is absolute fresh, to let people unconciously eating, and then they realize they have finish the whole bowl.

Other than that, there a lot more dishes waiting for you! Peanut stew pork tail, spicy taufoo, just by hearing the name, you already must try. Every gravy of the fish are all made by the boss himself, and his principle is if the dish can’t pass by him, he won’t serve it to the customer. What’s the standard of the boss? Well give a rate after you try them.
