We have heard about vermicelli a lot, but have you heard of rice vermicelli? What we are recommending to you is Palace Rice Vermicelli, which has been operated in Yulek for 7 years.
How it came about is, one time the lady boss went to a trip and get to try rice vermicelli at that place and there she decide to bring this awesome food back to our country. Rice vermicelli originally has no taste, but through the 20 hours of boiling soup by the lady boss, it can bring out the taste. The texture is rather smooth and bouncy, is a perfect match with minced pork. Rice vermicelli are not easily water absorbed, where unlike other noodles is rather sticky after put into the soup for long time. A lot of customer love the texture of it, they will even take away to enjoy it at home. But of course if you eat it on the spot is still the best. There are a lot of flavor but you will not see other noodle except rice vermicelli, that shows how confidence they are on their rice vermicelli.
Other than variety of rice vermicelli, they provide other snacks too which are carrot cake and yam cake! These are all made by lady boss alone after they closed the shop. They are made by 100% real ingredient and they does not stick to your teeth. No matter you dip into chili or sweet sauce, they won’t stick into the sauce, is a dish that you will want to eat everytime. They have glutinous riceb too, which aren’t alike with wantan and dumpling which are eat along with rice vermicelli, but is a good snack to eat before rice vermicelli to bring up your appetite.
Although Palace Rice Vermicelli doesn’t give you a palace environment, it still can give you a food that you will eat in palace.
