My family and I celebrated Christmas Eve at Souled Garden, Puchong. We made reservation for the evening and when we arrived, the waiter/ waitress were very clueless and we had to find the table on our own. Things went downhill from there, the food we ordered did not arrive on a timely manner and our last two orders did not arrived even after waiting for more than 1 and 1/2 hours. When we asked the supervisor, she took note and went downstairs. We waited some more but she did not return to inform us on when the food is arriving. We asked the second waiter and he said the food is arriving. But still no show of food. We decided to make the payment but was stopped by the supervisor, we asked why should we wait when the food is not here and pay. She demanded we wait but we were tired of waiting. We left after paying. P.S: There were a lot of people who were complaining and was stopped by the waiter and supervisor. Overall bad experience.
