Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake was founded 20 years ago by Mr Tetsushi from Tetsu Global Ltd.
The first shop was setup in Fukuoka, Japan, with the overwhelming response, It was then expanded from one outlet to over 45 outlets around Japan, and later established first oversea direct shop at Taiwan, Taipei Railway Station by year 2012, and expanded to 8 outlets throughout Taiwan within a year.
Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake is promoting the concept of freshness with it’s hourly fresh baked concept,
We encourage customers to buy and consume the cake warm and fresh, direct from the oven. A warm Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake will have extremely cotton soft and fluffy texture, with a big bite, the mouth will be filled with tantalizing cheese, eggs & milk aroma.
