Reggae Bar’s new two-story place at Changkat Bukit Bintang is more upmarket than its decade-old original outlet at Jalan Tun H.S. Lee. A boisterous bar on the ground floor is the focal point, but there’s a dining hall upstairs that provides a more peaceful experience.
It might look like a clattering bag of contradictory ideas, but in the right hands, Reggae Bar’s a genuine expression of personality.
