The theme here is ‘From Rembau To Paris’, referencing founder Dato’ Fazley Yaakob’s journey from his hometown to Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where he earned his culinary degree. This is reflected in his mouth-watering creations, such as Boeuf Bourguignon Sambal Minang, which meld the culinary styles of both locations.
