Gavel’s name is a nod to the profession of two of its founders, who are auctioneers; its third founder is an experienced chef who built up Changkat Bukit Bintang’s Magnificent Fish & Chips and Bangsar’s Southern Rock Seafood Kitchen, so it’s fair to forecast that the food here will be good.
